After graduating from Işık University Mathematics Engineering, he completed his international finance and project management education at the University of California Irvine in the USA, and returned to Turkey after working there for 4 years in various companies. In 2016, she decided to take her childhood passion out of a hobby and turn it into a profession, and MSA's Professional Cookery and He completed his education in Restaurant Management.
After working in various restaurants in Turkey, he worked as a trainer chef at different universities and as a consultant chef in different restaurants. He completed his master's degree in gastronomy and culinary arts at Istanbul Topkapı University. He has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Nişantaşı University since 2021.
Mustafa TEZEL

He started his culinary education at the hotel management high school and entered the sector. He completed his undergraduate and master's education on tourism and gastronomy departments. Wine & He has Spirit Education Trust (Wset) Certification.
He gained experience in various positions in kitchen departments of many national and international companies. He has been working as a lecturer at Istanbul Nişantaşı University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department since 2020. He has been working as Acun Medya Akademi gastronomy kitchen coordinator since 2021.
Selcuk KARACAM

After graduating from Çukurova University Fisheries Engineering, he started to work in Turkish Airlines, one of the most corporate companies in Turkey. Deciding to pursue her dreams, she studied at the Culinary Arts Academy. At the same time, he graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. He completed his master's degree at Nişantaşı University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
He stepped into the industry as Chef de Partie. While continuing his work as Chef de Cuisine and Chef Owner, he continues to progress in his career as Istanbul Nişantaşı University Cookery Program Head, Istanbul Nişantaşı University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Instructor and Acun Medya Academy Gastronomy Coordinator.
